They are perfect for use with cards equipped with steel shims or other props incorporating a ferrous metal surface.

The Hopping Half

Coins Mysteriously Hop from Your Pocket to Your Hand
Again, and Again, and Again!

These precision machined coins are one of the biggest values in coin magic today, when purchased in this Hopping Half set. This easy to perform version includes an expanded U.S. half dollar, an expanded English Penny and a Sun & Moon set (a non-expanded English Penny shell and a silver/copper coin). During the routine a half dollar and an English Penny are placed into your hand. The half dollar is removed from the hand and placed into your pocket. It immediately appears back in your hand, having rejoined the English Penny. Then the English Penny is placed into your pocket and it too hops back. Again, the half dollar goes to the pocket and returns to the hand. Once more the English Penny is placed into the pocket. Silver Extraction

Having trouble finding a silver mine? No Problem!

Borrow a half dollar, heat it up a little and squeeze out some silver. It's that simple. You'll never be poor again!

This is the coolest effect we have seen re-released in years. After being off the market, it's back better than ever.

Show a half dollar and ask a spectator to hold it in her hand. You take a lighter and move its flame in circles around the spectator's fist. Tell them the heat will cause the silver molecules to move more quickly than the other metal molecules in the coin. Now reach into the spectator's fist and extract a small silver nugget. When the spectator opens her hand, she finds a transparent half dollar! This works just as well when you hold the real half dollar in your own hand and after heating, the silver nugget falls from your fist. Either way, the effect is remarkable.

Dime and Penny

A Coin Vanishes - Simple and Easy to Do

Wonderful feats of magic can be performed with this classic piece of magic, manufactured by the craftsmen at Johnson Products. The magician places a dime on the table and asks the audience how much money is there. Everyone will say "10 cents". The magician continues to add a penny (total value of 11 cents), a nickel (now 16 cents) and finally a quarter (total value = 41 cents). Everyone agrees that 41 cents has been counted on the table. Imagine their surprise when you push the coins over to reveal only 31 cents. The dime has vanished. Remember, you never removed any coins from the table. This trick is so good, you can even perform this miracle in the spectator's hand if you choose.
